Services
The Social Service Department is responsible for the intake,
admissions and discharge process for all consumers as well as providing
referral information to individuals we are unable to serve. The
Social Workers at Hope Center communicate with the client, training staff,
families and representatives of government agencies. They are
members of the Interdisciplinary Team which designs individualized
training programs on an annual basis. The Social Workers at Hope
Center are available to assist with the third party benefits, accessing
support services and maintaining the central record for each client.
